Here are our terms and conditions which becomes binding the moment you sign up to this application.
1.You,User(s),Client(s),Bidder(s) is a reference to those who will be using this platform apart from the proprietors,their associates,partners and/or dependants.
2.Us, We, The Platform, Operators, is a reference to Dalawa/ Prime Kraft Eneterprises/ Proprietor(s).
3.The REFUNDABLE deposit payable for purposes of bidding on any Product(s)/Item(s)/Good(s) is ksh 500 only.
4. A bidder is allowed to pay for the product/item/goods using the refundable deposit.
5. Payment can be done once or in two or three equal installments as agreed.
6. There shall be NO BIDDING whatsoever without payment of the refundable deposit of KES 500.
7. A user who requests for a refund of the bidding deposit will get the refund less administrative fee of ksh 100.
8. Any dispute that arises between a user and The platform operators shall/must be solved through ARBITRATION. The ARBITRATOR will be appointed by US with or without consulting the user(s).
9. By signing up to this platform,you weave your right to sue The platform operators,their associates,their partners or anyone or entity associated with them.
10. A user or bidder whose bid is the best/highest at the end of the bidding process will;
(a).Pay the shipping fee.
11. The REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS will be refunded at the end of every bidding process otherwise a maximum of 3 working days.
